Privacy policy

Your archive belongs on your device.

This policy explains how Enhanced Notification Manager, published by EasyBot, handles notification content, saved media, purchase verification and diagnostics.

Effective 21 August 2026

Scope and consent

Enhanced Notification Manager is a local notification-history utility for Android. It works only after you accept its prominent in-app disclosure and enable Android notification-listener access.

The app does not access another app's private database. It processes only information Android delivers in notifications and attachment or preview data the source app makes readable through Android.

Notification information processed on your device

Depending on what Android and the source app expose, the app may process and save:

  • Titles, body text, expanded text, summaries, conversation fields and message history.
  • Source package, channel, category, grouping, people labels, icons and lifecycle state.
  • Content time, Android post time and the time the app observed a notification revision.
  • Readable image, audio, video, document, artwork, waveform, thumbnail or other file data.
  • Capture status explaining whether exposed content was saved or why it was unavailable.

When notification access first connects or reconnects, the app may also process notifications Android still reports as active. This helps recover callbacks missed during a listener interruption.

Notification archive content is not uploaded to EasyBot servers. It stays in private app storage on your device unless you explicitly copy, open, share or export it.

Android platform limits

A Play button, waveform, icon or thumbnail does not necessarily expose the original file. The app can save only bytes Android permits it to read. Custom app-drawn notification layouts can be recorded as present but are not rendered into screenshots.

Defensive size and collection limits protect the device from malformed or unexpectedly large notification payloads. The app records when content exceeds a limit.

Sharing and service providers

EasyBot does not sell notification content. The app does not automatically share notification text or saved attachments with third parties.

If you explicitly use Copy, Share, Open copy or CSV export, Android sends the selected content to the clipboard or destination app you choose. Opening or sharing an attachment creates a temporary decrypted copy in private cache and grants the selected app read access.

The Free version uses Google Mobile Ads after applicable privacy choices. Google's advertising SDK may collect and share IP address (which can estimate approximate location), device or account identifiers, app interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security and compliance. This data is encrypted in transit. Google does not receive your saved notification text or attachments from Enhanced Notification Manager. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

You can revisit advertising privacy choices from Settings when Google requires that option. The app does not request or display ads for a verified Pro entitlement.

Google Play purchases and integrity verification

Google Play processes payment information for the optional Pro purchase. The app does not receive full payment-card details.

When you buy or restore Pro, a Google Play purchase token and Play Integrity token are transmitted over HTTPS to EasyBot's verification service and Google Play APIs. They are used only to validate entitlement and confirm that the request came from a genuine Play-installed app on a compatible device.

The raw purchase token is not retained. The service stores a one-way token identifier, product, acknowledgement state, verification count and first/last verification times for fraud prevention and reliable restoration. This information is not combined with notification content.

Security measures

  • Notification titles and bodies are encrypted with a key held by Android Keystore.
  • Saved attachments and previews use a separate Android Keystore-backed key.
  • Search terms are represented by keyed hashes rather than plaintext index words.
  • Android backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for app data.
  • Cleartext network traffic is disabled.
  • App screenshots are blocked while the archive is open.
  • Purchase verification uses HTTPS and Play Integrity checks.

Retention

You can choose 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or Maximum retention. Each option includes local timeline and saved-preview safety limits. The default is 90 days and 100,000 timeline entries; Maximum has no age limit and is capped at 500,000 timeline entries.

Temporary decrypted attachment copies become eligible for cleanup after 24 hours. Android may delay background cleanup until the app or maintenance task runs.

Purchase-verification audit fields are retained while reasonably necessary to provide restoration, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Your controls and deletion

  • Decline or revoke notification access at any time.
  • Delete an individual saved notification.
  • Clear saved attachments and previews while keeping notification text.
  • Clear the complete local archive from Settings.
  • Uninstall the app to remove its private local data from the device.

No EasyBot account is required, so there is no app account to delete. To request deletion of purchase-verification records associated with a purchase, email easybot@gmail.com. We may ask for information needed to locate and safely verify the record without requesting notification content.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed to children. You should use it only on a device you own or are authorized to manage and in accordance with applicable laws and workplace or school rules.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, providers or data practices change. Material revisions will update the effective date on this page.
