Help with your notification archive.
Start with the checks below. If the issue continues, send us the app version, Android version and device model—but never send private notification content unless you intentionally choose to.
Notifications are not appearing
Open the app and check the listener status in Settings. If disconnected, open Android notification-access settings, enable Enhanced Notification Management, then return to the app. Battery restrictions or an OEM task manager can also stop the listener; allow background operation where your device provides that control.
A preview or attachment is missing
The source app must expose readable bytes through Android while the notification is available. A Play button, waveform, thumbnail or custom notification layout may not provide the original file. The notification detail screen records the saved, unavailable or failed status when Android exposes enough information to classify it.
A displayed time looks different
Notification detail separates content time supplied by the source, Android post time and the time the archive observed the revision. This helps explain delayed, reused or resurfaced notifications without silently replacing one clock with another.
The archive is using too much storage
Open Settings and choose a shorter retention period, run archive maintenance, or clear saved attachments and previews while keeping notification text. Each retention option also has a timeline and media safety cap.
Pro purchase or restore is not working
Install the app through Google Play, confirm that Play Store uses the purchasing account, and ensure the device is online. Use Restore purchase in the app. Purchase verification intentionally fails closed when Google Play or integrity verification cannot confirm the entitlement.
